Reel’s Color Wheel Palette is a paint box with all every Reel spectrum color, including Aged Tattoo Linear and Red Neutralizer. Create virtually any color either flesh-tones or vivid spectrum colors! Reel Color Palettes are activated with Reel Developer or 99% Alcohol only. Simply drop a few drops into a color and activate the color with a brush or sponge to achieve your desired effect.

Apply to clean, dry skin

Allow product to dry in between layers

For sweat or dewy skin effects, use glycerin, GP-20 and/or water (do not use oil)

For longer lasting results, set with Blue Aqua Sealer
